Patricia Bianco, an accomplished professional with a distinguished background in international business and a specialized focus on Branding and Luxury Communication for digital channels, has carved a trajectory in foreign trade. Her career portfolio boasts of eminent positions held at large multinational corporations, such as Descartes Systems Group and Amazon. Patricia’s comprehensive global experience, coupled with her profound understanding of branding and communication strategies, have been instrumental in shaping her present role as an investor for the Omotebako Group in Brazil. Guided by her strategic foresight, Patricia is dedicated to expanding the group’s brand portfolio, ensuring that each brand under the Omotebako banner retains its individual identity while contributing positively to the group’s collective growth and success.

Tadashi Shiraishi

Born to Japanese parents in Brazil, Tadashi started his carreer at traditional sushi restaurants in São Paulo before moving to Tokyo in his early 20’s.

Joined Chef Nobu Matsuhisa restaurants in Greece, France, Switzerland and Germany before returning home to open “UN”
his first restaurant in 2015.

Was listed by GQ as one of the top young chefs in Brazil only a year later.
In 2017, HIDEN was launched in Miami. Tadashi was voted Chef of The Year by EATER and U.S. Biggest Oppenings by Food&Wine in 2018, same year the HIDEN Las Vegas pop-up was happening during the Latin Grammy Awards.

Back to São Paulo, launched Project OMOTEBAKO and a secret Chef’s Table in 2020, not before scoring one Michelin Star as the head chef of Kinoshita in 2019.
